Cancellation Policy
We’ve designed our cancellation terms to honor your time and ours — with flexibility, transparency, and consideration for everyone’s needs.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both your time and the therapist’s, while ensuring fairness and availability for other clients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 72 hours +
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with no penalty and are eligible for a full refund or credit if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- 24 - 72 hours
If you cancel or request to reschedule between 24 and 72 hours before your session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. This partially covers the time reserved for you.
- Same Day
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled on the same day as the appointment will be charged the full session fee. No refunds or
credits will be provided unless in the case of an emergency, at the discretion of the therapist.
- Therapist-initiated
Should the therapist need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as early as possible and offered an
alternative time. No fees will be charged for therapist-initiated changes.
Financial Terms
- Payment requirements
All session fees must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment, in accordance with the agreement between the
client and [Mina Moheb].
- Non-Payment Policy
In case of non-payment, [Mina Moheb] reserves the right to suspend, or cancel future sessions until any outstanding balance is fully paid.
- Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. No partial or prorated refunds are
offered once a session has begun.
